Even though the estimated time is 0:00 you can still find matches.
I played a fair few factionals yesterday, just wait a bit and you'll probably find a match.

It seems like every match you have to try and kick start. Player numbers tanked, so finding a bunch of games won't happen anymore. You can still find games though.

When you see 0:00 it means no game has been started yet, and when I see that in the morning I know "yup, no battles happened last night."
You can still find battles in theory but there have to be at least 16 people in queue on each side of the 2 FW races that fight eachother.

There is no point in fighting for factionals. The same with pc. Nobody cares anymore. Might as well burn officer gear in pubes.
