Warframe sucks, uninstall.
PS2 pretty straightforward, about all you really need to know to start is that you'll open the classes and vehicles as you level up and that you can't cap a territory unless your group owns an adjacent one. When you get your first flying vehicle I suggest you take some time to just cruise the continent and get a look at the area.

Y'know dude, I'd actually suggest you look around in the Communities tab and find the KEQ PS2 community. Last time I looked it seemed fairly active, you'll find ex-DUSTies and current PS2ers there. And community, "I survived DUST 514" may help.
