With titles like StarCitizen, Elite Dangerous, WOW Legion, The Division, etc, the direct competition is light, but the indirect and alternatives are... wait for it... legion! So what do you guys think about it? Christmas 2016, Early 2017? Something alike? Proud player of the most strategic and addictive massively-multiplayer FPS in the world.

But it will also likely depend on Eve Online's patch releases and what those will include. And since CCP now has the experience in the FPS genre thanks to Dust 514 and they previously experimented with Project Legion along with gaining experience using Unreal Engine 3 and 4, I am confident we can see the New Eden FPS for PC (let's all call it Eve Phoenix for short) coming around that predicted time.
