Is there an infrastructure in place where ownership of our character names in Dust can somehow be transferred to a PC account for Eve: Phoenix?

If nothing else they should provide name reservations for anyone who requests one via email, if they can't just do a simple port.

AFAIK, DUST accounts haven't been connected to EVE accounts since Beta or shortly thereafter. In Beta, I had to prove I had an EVE account to get access.
It doesn't mean anything at the moment. IF ( key word: if ) DUST character names or any other properties transfer into the new title, I'm sure they'll make it clear how to make that happen. |

It doesn't mean anything at the moment. IF ( key word: if ) DUST character names or any other properties transfer into the new title, I'm sure they'll make it clear how to make that happen.
Anyways, we'll have to wait and see what CCP Frame says about that. The recent announcement did mention that they will go into how they will reward those Dust players who stuck around till the very end.

Erm, actually he said Loyalty, and that could potentially be measured in a number of ways. Right now your guess is as good as mine on which, but AUR spent / Loyalty Rank / combo is where the smart money is at. |
