I know this is locker room material, but it's the end of the world and I want more views.
It recently came to my attention that Dust 514 players are interested in Annals Fall First. I mean, I guess it makes sense that Sci-fi combined arms FPS fans like other sci-fi combined arms games.

The game is early access on Steam but runs pretty well and has quite a bit of content. It's 32v32 and there are very good bots to fill in spots. I'll create a Steam group for those interested in hanging out here as we await our Dust 514 successor. Please post your Steam ID if interested

I think mine is zzDrake. I played a little aff, last night too. I kinda got mad and broke my psn controller so now I randomly crouch and reload my weapon during gunfights...not so much fun. I'll be on AFF a lot more now. |

well that was rather disapointing. :(
the game looks nice and seems to be quite well made....
... exept i am unable to play it.
i was trying to use a 360xbox controller (which it appears to support) but after remapping buttons constanly for an hour or two i gave up.
remapping appears to reset the toggle options for invert look, hold sprint, and hold aim.
then changing any of those after remapping will stop my aim/fire buttons working.
also flying ships in space is impossible due to no steering or shooting options for controller in that mode.
also rather confusing, over complicated and pointless imo.
oh yer and theres nobody playing it online, so yer thanks anyway, maybe i'll check back after the next update. hmm that sounds familiar...

its not on consoles and it doesnt link to a pre existing game on a different platform. so no, they havent attempted what CCP did just yet |
