Dust is effectively shut down on May 30th. So why not:
1) Change all the prices to 0 ISK
2) Allow us to buy officer gear from the marketplace, also for 0 ISK
3) Modify our character's SP to be maxed out completely
If our game is going to shutdown soon, why not go out with a bang?

Making the skills cost 1 sp might not tho.

If you remember one of the features of PL was we would ship over skills and assets, some say this isn't possible due to blue berries yet it is with a decent matchmaker, lol
why not make everything zero isk? because of the sudden mass stockpile we will all build.
Ravens feed on corpse's, and we make a lot of corpse's.

But from the wording, while I want to believe there would be a character transfer, it seems like there will be acolades(?) of a sort, but no SP or ISK or item transfer...

Which doesn't sound like a character, SP, ISK, or assets transfer will happen. (Don't get me wrong, I really hope this will happen, but again, should it be in the plans, then CCP won't do this request, and I will still be equally happy)
If there was, CCP wouldn't do my request. However, if there is no character transfer planned, why not flip the switch? If we aren't going to be able to keep our inventory, we should be able to go all out.
