So, I am just going to throw ideas here about possible deployable stuff. Most of them must have been raised already (and some of them by myself actually), but well, just read. :)

Grenades >HE >flux -HUD jammer / vehicle control jammer -sticky (on walls / cf. destiny) -slowing (slow to move / rotate / aim) -flash -smoke
Mines (should act on a broader AoE than grenades) (should act longer than grenades when triggered to allow area denial) (should have specific AoE shapes, like cone/square/band) (can be destroyed without be triggered by direct shots) (would be triggered by flux/explosions) >remote HE >AV mines -HUD jammer / vehicle control jammer (cf. Grenades) (could be useful to deny AV to enter some complexes) -slowing (cf. Grenades) (could be useful in open spaces / to prevent the enemy to close gaps too quickly) -flash (2/3/4 repetitions) (cf. Grenades) -flux (to use against shield tank factions) -abrasive nanobots (to screw armors but would not kill) (again armor tank factions)
Barriers (should act as an equipment) (can be destroyed by direct shots to its base) -shield wall (basic shield that prevent incoming damages) -shield overclock (buff total capa of shield / trigger shield regen / accelerate shield regen etc) -cloak wall (cf. Ghost in the shell: first assault - reeeeeaaaallly strategically interesting deployable) -blink portal (teleport forward / can traverse walls) > just an idea because it could be nice trolling around with this last one :)

All of these idea would make the game so much interesting in game. Even though I doubt CCP will implement it I will say yes to this post.
While Im at it I want a mortar as a weapon. Could be a heavy weapon :D

PS: Keep in mind that this was before CCP Rouge and CCP Rattati took over development. The old leadership did a poor job at managing expectations while failing to deliver some on what they hoped to accomplish.
