So i have two controllers... A black and a blue one.... Whenever the black one dies, i grab the blue one.
... I hate the blue one... It presses buttons on it's own if i get aggressive with my controls.
And the only time I'm aggressive is in the dropship... Guess what buttons the controller likes...
Triangle and circle...
In the air i end up switching seats, or jumping out of the ship
Any tips guys?

The contact strip is probably out of place.
Remove all screws, take off the back cover.
Remove battery, remove screw holding down chip. Carefully push out analog sticks.
Near the 4 lights in the controller, there should be a long strip and a little foam brick. Get a piece of tape and wrap around that strip to make it thicker. Place it back where is goes and close up the controller. Should work like new.
Ill take pics of me doing it right now to help you.

Edit-I had the same problem with controller in the pics below. When j get aggressive, I grasp it tighter and even twist controller. Such movement move the contact strip causing buttons to press randomly. This is the solution to that problem. When you finish up, try the controller. If it still is messed up, add more tape.

15 minutes at 450 degrees in the oven should fix it.

I have a playstation2-usb adapter from the late 90's. Flawless minus the fact there is no PS button.
Saves me a lot of dust money....
Ds3: 30-50 bucks, used. (Frack you, GameStop)
Ds2: 5-10 bucks, used.
I've had to splice a new USB end on it four five times over the years... Still works though.

Black and blue, there is a joke in there... Ya open those things up. Like some hair or dust also messing with the contact points on the board. Lots of videos out there on the whole process.

I too have a blue controller that I hate. Haven't used it in so long I don't quite remember why I hate it but it's got something to do with the sticks. To be fair it is better than the black one I threw away that was missing L1, L2, & R2 and would randomly bring up the player list or the OMS menu, surprisingly I made it through quite a few fights when that happened. Which of course also to be fair that one was like that because it ended up bouncing around the room like a ping pong ball a few times before it broke.
Look at them, it's like they're the star attraction in a fucking flea circus.
