There are people who seem to have scored ridiculous amounts of quafe gear thanks to the "random" (ie rigged) drop boxes, where I have virtually none. No BPOs at all, and a couple of suits is pretty much all I have to show for it. Why not have a battle with things that aren't a matter of chance whether you have them or not? I'd personally like to see BPO-only battles. Everyone has BPOs even if they're just starter suits, which aren't that bad, unless you have learnt to rely on ADV and PRO gear. Finally, I'd have an advantage against that sort of player. But they'd probably never want to fight in those sorts of battles in the first place because they couldn't stomp. :)
