BTW, I don't actually own an assault mk.0 suit. I'm currently running a BPO fit that I really like on a Rasetsu Assault and I was thinking whether It'd be worth to skill into the mk.0 just to use a similar fit.
The fit is as follows:
Cr
Scrambler Pistol
Locus Grenade
Nanohive
2 Shield Extenders
1 Myofib
1 Precision or Damage Mod
1 Cardio Reg
1 Kincat
1 Profile Damp
1 Codebreaker

Switch out the profile damp for a shield reg.

I agree^. Also I would loose the code breaker for a assault fit and add some armor or a armor rep.

A codebreaker? On an Assault mk.0? No.
Not only are they tough to fit, but they're also not worth it on an assault. I can see the logic, but I recommend a reactive plate, or a rep. Allows for better fitting throughout the rest of the fit, as well as giving you a slightly better repair rate.
I don't have a fit like this, that balances HP and mobility, I just do the extremes of both, one of my fits has like 900 eHP with 23 reps a second, and one has nothing but biotics on it.
Just try something that works for you. If you really want to make a good fit, you have to make it yourself. If that codebreaker really works for you, go for it.

A little known fact about Minmatar Medium Frames. They have a higher base hack speed than other races. I believe the Assault is 1.05 hack speed. So the codebreaker would end up being a little more effective than on your Rasetsu.
I don't like two-legged things.

Not bad.
But I would suggest you to make use of Energizers and Regulators.
You should use their good regeneration.
Another thing you might consider is to use a Kincat and/or a reactive plate.
Kincat for codebreaker. Reactive for dampener (if you prefer dampening then stay with it)
