So, I was tweaking my fits and making new ones, basic to officer, and I question came up in my mind.
Which suit is best for AV?
I personally use an assault. My fit is as follows through all tiers, basic through Officer-
Assault g
Plc
Ion pistol
Packed AV nade
3 krins
2 ferros
2 reps
Now, this suit has served me well since created and it's great. BUT... Is it the best? Or would another suit do the trick?
We have 5 different suits- assaults, logistics, commandos, scouts, and sentinels
In terms if AV, they can vary. We can have sentinels with forgeguns and assault hmgs, scouts and logis with explosives, and assaults and commandos with plcs and swarms.
But which is the best? Which can AV better than all other suits? Is the stealth and mobility of a scout better than the raw hp and wielding capability of the sentinel? Is the commandos double light weapon and raw damage better than the hp and mobility of assaults? Is the suicide logi with explosives best of all?
Next, Which weapon is best for AV?
Easy mid damage swarms? High damage skill wielding plasma cannon/ forge gun? Or even hardcore face to face assault hmg?

For killing tanks: gko scout, kubos plc, packed lai dais, kin cats, cardiac reg, cmplx damp, dmg mod, myos and some kinda nanohive
For dropping dropships: cko calmando w/ beacons swarms, damage mods and whatever else you feel like fitting
Every match I play can be summed up in one sentence:
"Well, that didn't f#cking go as planned"

AV is good to defend certain area. But it's meh for hunting down vehicles.

The CR is interchangeable, but I recommend either that or an ACR since you'll need the range and bonus damage when the pilot inevitably bails or calls for help.

Actually, all heavies (Basic, Commando, Sentinel) are Heavy Frames in the same sense that both Assault and Logistics are Medium Frames.
I believe you are referring to the Basic frames, of which the Sentinel is not a part of.

So I guess they both get the resistance bonus? I also guess that means all Light Basic frames also get the racial scout bonuses and the same for the medium basic frames...
I also guess they have the same pg/cpu as a Sent along with the same slot loadout.
Along with the same stats...
Oh wait they DON'T therefore they are NOT the same. They can be similar all they want, but that does not mean they are the same.

Isn't rank as on what you are ranked on leaderboards?
I haven't checked leaderboards in a while though. I just searched my name and it says 1335 and j know I'm not on leaderboards which goes up to 999 or 1k.
