I just don't like the double standard?!
Aren't the glitchers and modders breaking EULA? Did they have video evidence of Cubs selling the card?
When it comes to CCP's money they perma ban quick, but our money gets wasted by glitchers and not even videos are enough proof?

CCP takes RMT more seriously any of the other problems with their games.
They can and will ban you simply based on vague suspicion and fake quotes supplied out-of-game.
And while they will eventually unban if you press them hard enough with the "innocent until proven guilty" spiel, they will make it very hard for you.
... but yea, Cubs totally did it.

IIRC it was because he was making RMTs (trading PSN Codes for ISK), which pretty much guarrantees a permaban when caught.
