Speculation on the Victory Screen Glitch.
The Victory Screen has always been a mire of difficulty, and the chance of getting stuck there for long periods to a reboot is not entirely new, it's now just very common. Pardon the loose recollection here, but it would seem that it really became rampant around the time that SKINs entered the game.
Here's my theory, when you favorite a new suit and apply a new skin that hasn't been stored in your fittings previously, you're likely to cause the Victory Screen glitch for the entire game in the next game you play. I believe this is because the call that the game looks for to proceed has been interrupted by the load-new-suit call and it's failing to exit the loop and proceed to the next screen, where the game must render the suit with skin in question.
Forgive me, I don't now much about the technical stuff, this is speculation from the experience side. Hope this helps reduce this for everyone, let me know if you share this experience.

Because of that inconsistency, I don't think it has anything to do with skins.
I do think it has something to do with either memory leaks in the client or the client gets locked up as a result of tons of calculations it has to process for the payouts for each player.
I'm proposing that when ANYONE in the game changes to a new SKIN in the fittings before game-start, it can cause this glitch for everyone in the game due to two if/else loops that fail to complete due to an exit loop not being executed.
Have you noticed that it happens less to you when you're not changing your favorite suit much (as it seems is the current case for you?)
