This thread is about the glitch, I'm talking about the glitch and how people are reacting to it. I don't support people who glitch, but the amount of angry nerds crying about it is reminiscent of when Arirana would use the melee glitch. How is that derailment?

I never said the glitch is good, I never said using the glitch is justified, but I did say it's funny how you people react to glitches because of how often this game is plagued with them.

There is absolutely no difference in the manner in which any off this has happened with other big glitches, and it won't be the last time this happens. Rather than repeating the whole dumb spiel about how "these guys should be banned," or "just remove LAVs/melee/tanks so they can't glitch on us," and "___ is such a scrub for using this glitch" how about you guys actually get constructive first?

But hey just brushing off my suggestions as trolling is fine too, it just shows how truly butthurt you are lmao.

I do still have the match in it's entirety but I've already reviewed it extensively, I was on the ground when they were glitching the LAV and there isn't any footage of them actually doing it anywhere. The match from my perspective is normal until I'm called to the city and see the LAV. Believe me, if there were anything else to add in there I would have, I used that video in reporting them to a GM. Did someone suicide early on? What about disconnects and re-entries? Team kills?

I've been working all day to try and replicate this glitch so I could inform CCP of the process. Sadly no luck. Also I never said or implied that YOU supported glitches, or that you used exploits/cheats, only that the majority obviously does. I only stated that you were not helping the matter, trolling or not. There is the part with the lav and the RE that got me thinking. Tried a few variations, no luck. Rewatched the PC vid that contains the glitch. Then went to FW to try the RE glitch on an LAV. It blew my LAV up. I rewatched the PC video again, that LAV had base HP. This lead me to believe that the RE glitch wouldn't work in this case. Went back to pubs to try again with a buddy and had some minor luck. Got the LAV to disappear - it was like it was blinking in and out of the match - and also managed to get the LAV to teleport us to various locations, most often nearby but occasionally straight up into the air Also i would love to hear your thoughts on how it is done or maybe hear about the work you put into figuring it out, I am a little stumped at this point and very tired so I am not on dust. If you would like to squad up and help me with this I made a channel for people who wish to help with this kind of material... Bug.Hunters. Please join if you'd like. This glitch is potentially harmful to the game itself. Every time they crash the server there is, if my understanding of the field is good enough, a potential to do harm to the server itself. I could be wrong. But if I am right, I think that actual damage to the servers is a hell of a lot worse than some tears and a little butt hurt. Yes it sucks they get away with using the smaller exploits and they should be fixed, but I'd rather see people whom actually harm the game be dealt with first and foremost. Also I'll be online a little later so if anyone wants to help figure this out, hit me up in game.
