New players out of the academy find it hard to get games because they are in the low tier, so they try factional,
So there is a stream of newbs so a large section of the playerbase wants to slaughter them and they know Min is a popular choice so they untick Am newbs have everything ticked, so the Am team has all the newbs,
next Month it will be different

It should be restricted playing FW just after went from academy.

There's a lot of well documented reasons (hint: it largely revolves around the low concurrent player count, especially in FW specifically). Ultimately the guys doing Min FW are generally better.
I'll just say Amarr is too busy admiring our fabulous dropsuits and lasers.

They aren't unless the district control values reflect that. Out of say every ten matches the Amarr seem to be winning between 4-5 of them depending on the region.
However Dust's FW doesn't matter and never will, honestly the link between it and EVE FW should be completely severed because at present the pendulum is swinging in our favor. FW might have mattered a few years ago when the community gave a **** about it but not any longer.

Actually it does matter as it lets EVE pilots capture systems quicker or longer whether it is a defense or attack.

Dude trust me when I say it ******* doesn't.
I am aware that the mechanics affect the VP requirements to take or defend a system but if you were to ask how that affects the ebb and flow of EVE side control I'd tell you it means '**** all'.

Leaving the game...not usually the battle xD
But seriously, several good players have become so disillusioned with FW queues that its hard to get a squad going...stomping corps makes it nigh-impossible to have an effective way of training newberries, even if their gear is subsidized...and the stomping corps have little incentive not to stomp. Plus...I don't like running in a full Queue Sync because frankly, stomps are boring...and rarely does it seems that Queue Syncs run into other Queue Syncs...I myself am getting quite tired of FW in general for this reason...Stomped if I run solo or small gang, Stomping if I run Large Gang...just boring
Now I only play it because I cannot stand pubs...as there is no Friendly Fire, so people spam explosives, call in OBs on their own people in battles on purpose.
