The raven I believe? Its still in my assets. Had the adv rep tool. Level 2 in min logis. And a mouse and keyboard. Nanite injector. Nanohive rep tool. Before the slot layout change. The map with the four towers surrounding a tabletop that usually has the A objective in a box under it. Was a four point map. Will never break that record again. Mainly because it was a full 16v16 and mostly adv gear and above. Ha!You can't kill me! I'm already dead!

I-Shayz-I I----------I 6	Posted - 2016.01.22 14:46:00 - [27] - Quote Mat'Devrie popularized the idea with me (not saying we were the first, but a lot of people have watched my 7k video) Sure people had always been tanking suits to be repaired, but I had never seen anyone just follow only ONE person around with a repair tool before I made my video. It was generally accepted back then that the best way to get warpoints was to have 3 slayers and a logi, not 1 slayer and 3 supports. Dual beams proved more effective in more situations, especially the extra range. What most people didn't understand (not even me) was that by maintaining the beam on a player even at full health, you could have the player absorb damage to the point that they could almost be invincible if they were to strafe. See we all assumed that if an assault rifle could do hundreds of damage per second, how is a repair tool supposed to keep up with that? The only time I had seen someone get more than 7k warpoints was when they abused mechanics (like kill assists while simply just riding in a tank giving the squad leader even more points...or the infamous missle dropships getting 120 kills in a match from how OP they were...or constantly damaging a repairing vehicles cause that was a thing back then) To this day I have not broken my very record and I don't see it happening any time soon. I actually made a lot of mistakes in that match, and we were lucky to have a decent forge gunner in the squad (he was able to manage 3500 wp that round too). But to be very honest that was the first time I recorded anything. I wasn't expecting it to be inpressive, I wasn't focused on warpoints, and like I said I probably could have hit 8k if I did everything right (though at least 1k was from extra orbital guardian bonuses and squad bonuses) All that said, it's awesome to see other players using a strategy I helped to popularize in this game to challenge themselves and beat my once impressive record. It's really cool to see how other people manage to do it still to this day 7162 wp with a Repair Tool!
