Even that one I did for DBSA didn't have much lag for some ungodly reason (going to brag for a second and say I saved their district... stop laughing I'm serious, so what if it was by a stroke of luck). Admittedly I've only done a handful of PC's the entire time I've been playing dust which might be why I'm able to say I've experienced far more severe lag in pubs than PC's. Most of what I see around here is just a bag of dicks in need of some kicks.

I could be mistaken but I seem to recall you complaining about Americans setting the battle server to Europe before. If that's the case then it isn't a surprise, it takes me 120-180ms to communicate with a server over there depending on which side it's on. There's one country over there I can't remember the name of but it took 250+ms and then the Euro part of Russia it takes me 300+ms. Whereas most of the US takes under 50ms for me to communicate with. Most of what I see around here is just a bag of dicks in need of some kicks.
