While breach FGs are harder to use in combat, the shot itself is more difficult just for the fact that holding the shot can not be a real disadvantage (a perceived one perhaps).

That is hard to believe because there's hardly any time to begin the charge before merc enters the 'freefall' mode which interrupts shooting.
Maybe, maybe when the DS being bailed from has big upward inertia which tosses the passenger first upwards before falling down.

This is what I do.
To accomplish I usually use a min heavy for the 3 high and reaching the maximum height. ALTHOUGH, I have been using a Gal sentinel with it's 2 high and still achieve some nice and precise Flying Forge Shots.

Free Fall blap is the most rewarding feeling in this game imo, and I find it hilarious when scouts run up to you thinkin they gon get a free knife kill and then bam right in the kisser.

I can confirm this. Me and rom was in a domination, the only two attacking a point. I was point defense in a min assault and rom was running around corners in a heavy using the forge gun like a massive shotty.

I am on the rings above him when he jumped, you can seeme for a split second up there when Richard zoomed in.

1, it is an Aldin's, the worst AFG imo, no skill required; BUT it is good for point defense

I retract my previous comment, not because I wouldn't stand behind my expression of words, but because I read Dust User's post wrong: I read that a person who lost his DS mid air flight ejected and promptly charged and killed a person, before the freefall mode begun (which interrupts shooting)

If he lies, too bad for him. If he is right, good for him. Perso I only believe on what I see, and for the moment I know just Dust User and Romulus as a master of the forge gun.
Moroever, I prefer just to specify that, I deserve my respect just for the people who do that in PC, because in pub or in fw, farm milicia people and disorganized team don't have any value to my eyes. (*Pubstar* trololol)
A good shot is well, but a good shot in PC is much better haha.
By the way, for the moment, in 3 years of DUST, I never heard of you SereneJedi for the forge gun, just give me proof If I see you on the field.
