I finally went up against a team using more than one dropship. 3 Incubus and a Python vs little ol me. I didn't get a kill and died once to a damage mod dual railgun Incy , but it was actually a little fun flying under fire for a change.
I definitely think side gun incubus is the superior dogfighting fit, though it would still be nice if pilot stacking could have been fixed. Even though the bonus is much smaller, it's still double the bonus you would normally have. Not sure if they were, was getting shot from all angles lol.

I just wish flight controls weren't so sluggish now. Even with AB a lot of the maneuvers now are just really easy to track.
If this game ever gets ported I'll go back to being a proper team-play pilot on comms, since that's superior but far from worth my time or effort right now.

The problem with Grimmy just comes down to mobility. An incy with an AB will ALWAYS maintain elevation over you, and will likely be able to move out of gunners LOS easier.
I also have 0 respect for non ADS because they're just really sluggish which kind of negates their extra tank. Plus you can't pilot stack, and if you don't pilot stack (because you're not a vile human being ;) ), your gunner still gets that base bonus.
