I spent cash money on a good damage bonus, However I would prefer not to have an advantage over the people that it would take free players ages to obtain
So replace it with something else I prefer if it could make proto weapons into the specialist version which only use as much PG and CPU as advanced version , have a daily cap.

I'd rather it affects something like a daily LP yield
I'd trade my 5% damage bonus for something that doesn't affect in-game stats
I think swapping damage for specialist weapons is just as unfair as having a damage bonus because now you have a ton more cpu/pg for fitting everything else

two points *I think swapping a damage bonus for specialist weapons if there is cap to it is different to a damage bonus, Someone can get the same thing just by playing FW more often
* with a daily LP yeild you could buy specialist weapons anyway

Any AUR obtainable bonuses are good as long as they can be traded for with time spent in matches (mostly measured in ISK).
Have no time? Spend more AUR. Have no money? Play more. (So the paying costumers have someone to shoot at)
The warbarge damage bonus can't be traded for and can't be achieved through ingame means other than "being a vet". That's fairly demotivating. Any options that allow trading time spent in matches against AUR-bought goodies is fine with me. E.g. you could make warbarge components tradable, or put them on the market for ISK. Or make the warbarge subsystem upgrade weapons that can be traded. |

ONLY if you actually fit those specialist weapons on. That would means no extra damage to Ghalags, Viktors, Swarms...
Besides, subsystem wouldn't even change that mentioned minor edge to be balanced: Specialist weapons already exist, without the subsystem.

I think it should be switched to increase non-lockbox salvage drop rate and maybe even have a small chance to upgrade a piece of salvage by one tier.

I have yet to spend a single AUR on the warbarge and I have level 5 on the mobile factory and level 2 or 3 on the ammunition subsystem. I don't need cash to upgrade the subsystem.
But honestly, I don't think the subsystem has been very useful for me even if I were to max it out eventually.
Since Warlords 1.3 is being worked on by CCP, though possibly content locked at this point, and since that update is likely to implement a Simple Crafting system, I say replace that subsystem with something that works with that.

Warbarge has been out for how long? There were whales that had the 5% damage buff on day one, the 8% as soon as it was available.
You wouldn't find a free complex damage mod on every fit you wear as useful?
You don't need to spend cash, but you gain a noticeable buff by doing so. Whatever, I already fought this fight back when CCP had Aurum only p2w damage mods way back. If they really want to design games around that mentality, my money is better spent on games that aren't pay to win.
