If you're recruiting members for PC matches, you should be looking for what roles they can fill (ie, "I can slay/push points" or "I can AV and keep ADSs off the point") as opposed to what weapons they use.
Additionally, you may want to get a significant amount of PC experience first, because as the CEO you will likely be the FC since you won't have that many members.
PS: Don't look for new/more PC players on the forums. Those who post here either have no intention on playing PC, already are playing PC, or don't even play DUST at all.
