If its in VIP mode again we know they are "trying" something out but usually when uts in VIP mode it should have from 2 to 8 people in dosent??? |

Correct. Although it still said 0 for sometime and then i got disconnected.

Just went to log on to Eve and had to download a patch so I am going to say that this VIP mode was, as almost always, brought to you by Eve.

API support, for dust related items, has been added to eve.
This update happened today, and why would CCP be spending time, effort, and money to further integrate a dead game. 
Have patience guys and let them work.
Also they are still upgrading the servers.
