changed the password on your email/psn?
also is that supposed to be an email adress? coz thats not what they look like.
what does your corp have to do with it?

when you say screen name... do you mean psn name?
and if that is not your email adress then i'm afraid that is not your psn or dust account.
if it is you email you can recover all that stuff by simply logging in using your psn account on any ps3.
im still confused but i hope that helps.

Anyway, you'll want to contact PSN and use the password/user name recovery options. The same goes for your email account, they should have security questions that you can use to reset your password.
If you can't do either of those, then you're out of luck, CCP can't just move characters from other accounts to new ones. You could see how this would be epic scamming that would run rampant in no time, people just stealing others clones.
In the case you can recover your PSN password but not your email, you can change the email account associated with your PSN.
On the other hand, if you can recover your email but not your PSN password, you can request a new one sent to that email.
