If Legion ever becomes a thing, I'd be curious where people's first skill points would go first.

Legion is not able to be trademarked as it is too vague.
Yes Legion as an extension of Dust is dead but that is thanks to the most epic PR failure in modern history permanently branding it a negative term specifically in even the most basic google searches.
@OP Your question is nulled as we do not even know of any existence beyond rotting away on the PS3.

In the US it has been filed as abandoned and is therefore legally fair game.
Unless you are saying they plan to not be able to defend their naming rights withint the United State? In which case sure it is still alive and well.
It is like a $100 fee to renew it in the US and they even maintained the trademarks over WoD beyond the Legion trademarks.

It damn well better have Fighters after all this waiting and aggravation. That's what all my SP would be going into. If we didn't get it refunded I'd buy a Respec on day one.

Phoenix makes it sound like a flight game. I get the connotation but if I hadn't already been playing Dust I wouldn't give "EVE: Phoenix" a second look because I would assume it's an airplane game unless that's what I was looking for but it wouldn't be.
Most of what I see around here is just a bag of dicks in need of some kicks.
Dust really needs its high sec.
