For battles where too many players of one team leaves there should be a surrender option where players can end the match early but also keep what they have earned up to that point. As an example:
Suppose you are playing a domination and the game starts out even. For whatever reason the enemy takes over the objective and because of that your team decides to leave. this leaves your team with say 7 vs 16 players. From that point on is a bit pointless to continue and you just end up being red lined. If this happens then the 7 player team should get a surrender option.
ofcourse there has to be some limits so how about something like this.
1) There has to be a mismatch of clones of say 50% difference or close to 50%
2) maybe the mcc shields has to be gone or at least some times of gameplay has had to passed.
3) surrender goes to a vote between the losing players. In our example 4 out of the 7 players have to agree i.e. choose the surrender option.
4) Because your team decided to stick it out you still get rewarded. All players will receive the isk and sp earned up to the point the game ends.

Something needs to be done about bad games
When goes bad and there is time left then the dominating side should get a win
and then everyone goes to the deployment screen and fight a 40 clone ambush with balanced teams , and this can be won or lost
(So you can win once , twice or no times)
I don't think there should be voting about this in game, Do this with settings.
I think in settings there you should be able to tick or untick the options such as
" I like challenges even if it is 1 versus 16 "
" I like battles where it is 16 versus 1"

eerily i mentioned this last nght when we'd redlined a team in 2mins for the 6th time that evening.
kinda a player vote to just surrender a match to save the grief of being redlined for 15-20mins

Also he probably meant Qsyncs trolling with the surrender option...

I don't see the point of this. What does this accomplish? If you don't want to play a match then you could always just leave the match, you still get paid when the match is over. This just allows you to take the rest of team with you (the ones who didn't vote prob wants to stay and fight) and if an option to surrender did exist the surrendering team shouldn't been rewarded. I also don't like the message this sends to players " when going gets tough just give up".
What ever happened to sticking to it till the end, where's all the grit or has everyone started to go coward.
