I love being banned from factional because loosers decide to nova knife teammates. Either I lose my fit or I kill the scrub scout and get banned (because he keeps coming back). Maybe the second time one TKs the same person THEY need to be banned, none of this stupid 6 kill bullshit. Two guys squaded came after me with novas three times, banhammer. |

Yes, Cronar. Eve DUST 514 is "maturing". It never really was intended to be just a lobby shooter (it was always meant to have this mix of trustworthy-tainted-by-untrustworthy players cruising around in a game arena where hard-earned money/assets are at risk of loss). But unfortunately it took so long for the NON-shooting aspects of the game to be activated, that players are suffering some serious shock/trauma from what other players are allowed to do in an Eve game.
Infiltration and Sabotage are the natural path, after Scamming gets boring for someGǪ. (I have respect for Infiltrators---at least they are betraying me as part of an agreement to work for the enemyGǪ Saboteurs, I have no respect for---their just juvenile offenders.)
But both are here to stay, and it will take a while for Dust to form some in-game gimmicks to help us filter and track them.
I personally am looking forward to some cool D.E.D. ratings and tags for these culprits, much the way players in Eve-Online will earn "Criminal Flag" labels if they do excessively offensive stuff.
In the meantime, the solution is to enter FW less and less as a solo player, and more and more with a group of buddies you've worked hard to collect and trust. FW is going to force us to go back to lengthy pre-match chatting, and a need to restore the 7-minute long warbarge lobby again.
Universe of good wishes for the 49, especially CCP Eterne...

I once killed a friendly gv.0... with the help of a Friend... he got it down to so and so amount of armor and then I killed the rest... then I killed the tanker and got banned.

I (normally) only TK if I have been shot at first.
but if you do shoot me, I will do my damned best to get you banned over the rest of that match.
and, IIrc, its three punishments, or either five or ten thousand damage.
