You can start recalling it and moving at the same time, but that's not the issue, you lost that to rubberbanding. So not an error on your part. However, if you get out your tank in the middle if the road for whatever reason and theres a bunch of blues around and one steals it, that's your own fault. Pilots often have to swap fits mid fight to adapt to varying battlefield conditions (for me I spawn Incubus, clear turrets and deny enemy vehicles, then if there's light vehicle presence I swap to python to handle infantry. Just one example). In order to not waste 2-3 minutes doing this, you land, activate hardeners, get out, call in a new ship, start recalling, hop into your new ship. During this entire process a blue can jack your ride. When was the last time a blue stole your suit while you were at a supply depot? :/ Hell I usually waste a whole extra minute just making sure I'm nowhere near any blues, but you'd be amazed how far they'll run to try and steal your ****.
