MinLogi w/Core Focused RT Rate: 3,281 HP/s
Swarm Launchers Damage Per Volley: 16,384 HP
The Hardeners would bring the SL's damage down to 9,011 HP, but assuming that the Swarms all hit at the same time (or within a span of <1s) that and the MinLogis wouldn't be enough to stop the Swarms from destroying the HAVs due to the extreme alpha damage.
I'm too tired to explain this in detail atm, but perhaps if the RTs were set up to where they didn't repair at the same second they'd be able to prevent the HAV from being insta-killed.
Also, there's no Boundless Axis RT so I used the HP/s of the Core Focused RT.

The Boundless Axis is a reptool thats only available on some prefit suits. It's the strongest handheld vehicle reptool in the game stat wise.
I dont know if they're on any prefit minlogis tho.

Its on a prefit proto gal assult with a combat rifle and a shield module. I've I remember someone's sharing a link.
