and please, please, CCP get rid of the fitting requirements on these festival launchers.
The ones in Eve only require 1pg and 1cpu.

LOL, i think that would be a little nucking futs. 514 rpm :)
I used that snowball launcher and was like wtf, zero damage lolol :)
It works as a great annoyance.
My stats literally say zero damage on my snowball launcher.
Same for you Jadek?

It's meant to have 1hp of direct damage and 0hp splash damage. If the devs made it 514 RPM you'd be able to click the trigger as many times as you want (bearing in mind this is still a semi-automatic weapon). The recoil after 6 continuous shots would be extreme so there is no worry about the direct 1hp damage being a real threat to anyone.

The 1 dmg doesn't even break the shield threshold. And even if you fluxed someone first, still wouldn't break the inherent armor reps.
I don't like two-legged things.

It should have at least 5 dmg, 1 dmg is almost nonexistent damage..

Why don't they make it into an iceball launcher? ice balls do more damage and can be lethal, causing cracked skulls and brain spillage.
100 damage per direct hit.

I found the funnest reactions when using it if you play FW or PC battles spammmmmmmm your team and they will end up killing your ass :) heck i would too if someone did that to me.
