This thing needs way more PG/CPU, as I can not even fit all standard gear on its standard variant without needing a cpu upgrade. Not only that but it also does not get a fitting reduction like its scout counterpart has.
Proposal: Extra PG/CPU for the Amarr Light Frame

Equipment: Uplinks/REs
Note that everything I said does not have a tier, and implies that it is the best possible thing you can fit without compromising your fitting space

No actually they are quite good for starting in PC, better than using scouts. Why? They have 16 bandwidth as opposed to the 8 bandwidth of scouts, meaning you can drop four uplinks instead of two at the beginning of a match.
