Not unlike early Uprising. Assaults and Logis are disproportionately strong. Scouts and Heavies are disproportionately crap. "You've been scanned" is the norm. Devs are silent for months on end.
* Weapons are better balanced though.

I have been gone longer than I enticipated.
Scout usage has been in decline since the EWAR changes which accompanied Falloff in Dec of 2014. IIRC, Logi usage overtook Scout usage when Logi mobility was buffed last June or July.

The game is lags more now, and the new major patch is about 2 months late.
Given the rate of things historically not getting done during the start-of-year Chinese holiday streak, I suppose we can expect it to be another 2 months on top of that.
