No. It's the Quafe . It gives mercs the shakes, so they can't use Aim Assist properly anymore, and can't see what we have in our garages anymore.
Some time in the future, I hope to see events like these kept on the low-key, more frequent and numerous than now, but hidden in the "Special Contracts" section of your NeoCom, so that only the sharp-eyed will catch it and benefit, making it challenging and easy to miss out on the event.
This way, a player can have bragging rights for snagging a cool custom item in one of the events that the other players neglected to see.
Universe of good wishes for the 49, especially CCP Eterne...
