Absolutely NOT TRUE what so ever.
Tranquility only handles character info, corporations, market data and matchmaking.
Chats / comms are handled on a third party server.
Battles all take place on battle servers in their respective regions.
While there are some things that being removed from TQ would help us with the benefits you describe are just plain wrong.

So then three different servers. Plus the time it takes to make the rounds to 32 different ppl then to the server nearest them then to the game??
Seems lime tons of sorts just to tie a game to another game when the quality would have been better with out with out said tie? I've played alot of game but not one tied to another game. I say EVE n CCP need to be the strict parents no tell dust sink or swim .
But I am pretty hateful right now because of all the bs fake cheer I have to give lol
