Wasn't exactly the way I'd hoped to return, but I'm once more able to access my PS3 and Dust... over six million skill points available. About to hop into my first game in months. Let's see what it's like...

First game... rather uneven stomp, but still fun I suppose. Sir Punchalot is still able to function, though I noticed a few of my fits needed editing for some reason, all over the limit, so something had it's PG increased. All in all, not a bad return. My aim is a little on the craptastic side at the moment, but... holy ****. The firing rate of the AR's is crazy!

Remember that the Assault Rifle ROF buff only applies if you are using the Assault Rifle with a Gallente Assault Suit.

And I just got 15 strongboxes from one battle... I guess some things never change. I'm kind of sad about the ScP's though. All the hype I was seeing on the forums when they got buffed and they still suck. Shield targets, yeah, the damage is nice, but go against anything with armor and just about any other sidearm is still better... except in the case of the officer versions. At least those are close to the old ones.
Tempted to get a Gallente scout at this point to try out my old scanning space cowboy fit. Mercy, I miss that playstyle...

I beg to differ
The scp is in a great place atm
I suggest playing and practicing with it for a bit
It's not as forgiving as other sidearms but very rewarding
I get around 8 headshots a game with it

I loved it the way it was in beta and early uprising. Liked it even when the fire rate got nerfed to hell, but I just can't seem to find a place in my heart for it anymore where it's at. Played quite a few games with nothing but scramblers... I suppose it's because I don't try to use it as a sidearm (And because I remember what it used to be) I want a weapon that I can just have fun with and still be halfway successful without preying on starter fits.

In other news... what are DK points...? Noticed you could buy faction boosters with them now... and... Did the Magsecs get buffed? I don't remember the damage being that high.

I believe the got a Charge buff as in a 00.01 charge up time... Also, DK points are what you get for doing PCS... You can also get them via selling clones and stuff I think.. but they're only PC related...

DK points are earnt through PC now, and I do believe the Magsec got a buff. Also, if you count it, Caldari Assault got a bonus to Rail weaponry recoil, which I suppose could improve the DPS of the Magsec.

Still using those and enjoying them, but I was always on the side of the pirates over ninjas. Need myself a good handcannon that's both fun and useful. Sadly, Dust still doesn't have one that I enjoy.

I'm actually starting to feel like that's my tryhard suit... all my best scores come in it. >.> In other news, I rather enjoy having a portion of my old playstyle back. Turns out the Caldari scouts can still scan. Umbasa! I just need to put an officer ScP on it and I might be able to have fun again!
