I will be biomassing (Give away thread incoming) after tomorrow and wanted to leave on a high note.
I will be resurrecting State Task Force for the rest of today and tomorrow for some good old Gal embarrassment.
If you are new and haven't heard of State Task Force, and the channel ("State Task Force") and come on by.

I've been running CFW recently, the blueberries are as scrubby as ever. Went in with a 4 man sqd last night, our 12 blueberries' K/D was 3/74 combined.
It's a funny and unique experience to try to carry such hopeless team mates, such a contrast compared to how things were immediately before 1.2 (gal ass buff).
I'll be playing today as well should anyone need another squad to q sync with.

The blues in Caldari are never in squad for whatever reason?! You can always tell by their lack of coordinated effort. Gal does well because like you they atleast try to get 4 guys in squad. I don't understand the solo epidemic that's been plaguing the game lately. Pubs is almost unplayable with the amount of players quitting at the first sign of bullets.
Q syncing isn't needed nor does it help the game. You get less battles over time because all the normal squads avoid the Q syncing faction. Going in 8 deep makes for better more frequent matches. If I sync 2 8-man squads of PC caliber players in Gal against the blues you described it's overkill?! We'll spend more time in the merc quarters searching for battle than on the battlefield because the enemy will not search that faction for long.
