Adipem Nothi has a pretty solid list. I'd also add the tales series of rpg's and ni no kuni to the list. They are both pretty good jRPG's and heavily over shadowed by anything final fantasy. |

If you were to put a classics game I would place Jak and Dexter as a very good classic game.
Been logi'ing since release. Need to give those needles and self proclaimed king of logi hugs ^-^

Dragon Age Inquisition is an open world version of the first DA with the addition of item crafting, huge maps to explore and do quests on, lots of hidden stuff, metric tons of lore and fantastic graphics. I highly reccommend to fans of the first or of games like Baldur's Gate.

Dragon Age was pretty, but rpgs are not my thing, probably why i just dont get into fallout 4 even though it is a wonderful looking game. but if rpgs are your thing, dragon age inquisition and fallout 4 appear to excel in that category.

On PS4 :
- Batman Arkham Knight (AMAZING)
- The Elder Scroll Online
- Assassin's Creed Syndicate (they did way better than Unity)
- Destiny
- PlanetSide 2
- Dying Light
- Fallout 4
- Dragon Age Inquisition
- The Witcher 3
I'm looking forward to Uncharted 4 and No Man's Sky !

Resistance series
I liked Killzone 3
Hack n' Slash:
Devil May Cry 4, though I heard the one by Ninja Theory was cool, too. 4 Special Edition recently came out for the PS4.
God of War is always fun.
Little Big Planet is a good chance of pace, and I liked the colorfulness of it.
The Naruto Ninja Storm games were pretty fun, too. Blaz Blue, Guilty Gear, and Marvel v Capcom were good fighting games.
Castle Crashers was awesome, and a few others in forgetting. Oh, Unfinished Swan, games by ThatGameCompany, etc.

Bloodborne is simply not up to par with the first two titles in the Souls Series. It tries for Lovecraftian Cosmic Horror which few enough have a real appreciation for over the Visceral Horror elements but seems to fall short by not incorporating enough of the really catchy elements like the nature of Beasts with a clear cut transition between your two types of horror.
Personally I'd recommend the hidden gem of the PS3 system.
Valkyria Chronicles with is a unique tactical turn based pseudo WW2 strategy game following the exploits of the Gallian Militia's Squad Seven as they try to repel the East Autocratic Europan Empire. It's art is unique and beautifully done, game play is rather enjoyable, and as you put together your squads you will actually find yourself unexpected attached to the characters.
The other you have listed in the Tales Of Series but the PS3 Store recently put Tales of Symphonia up for sale and in the same way I recommend Valkyria Chronicles I recommend Symphonia for a 100+ hour RPG with a story line full of twists and turns, interesting characters that scored its own three series anime a few years back.

I played them on PC, but it should still be good on console:

Three very fun games. Can get repetitive but I only got the feeling after 80-100 hours of playtime on each. Witcher is just a beautiful game, in comparison DUST514 is... well... left in the dust (sorry I had to). I heard that it's still beautiful on PS4, despite the lowered settings compared to maxed graphics on PC (my PC at least). Playing PS4 or PC games will make you realize just how absolutely terrible the graphics in DUST are, so beware if you still want to play the game, it took me a few days to get used to the sh*tiness after not playing for two years.

Don't forget the Shadow of Mordor for the PS4.
I have not played it myself, but it got very good reviews, and got looked over.

It's..... initially rather good but..... by the time I got to the good stuff I was so far through it all I was doing was murdering Chieftains until I had ones I liked the looks of, building them up, and then killing them myself in tougher than usual fights.

Never kept up with Dark Souls 2 much since it seemed to offer the worst latency in any game I've ever seen when Dark Souls was absolutely fine.
Kind of glad it didn't since it's only slightly better than bloodborne.
