I just don't understand a few of your fitting choices because it seems confused exactly what your trying to do with your fit...
Mines to support attacking points with -20% spawn uplinks, shields regen to full in 12 seconds armour in 27 seconds, 8.52 speed and minmitar base stamina regen is more than enough for quick bursts between cover, extra damage plus core nades for quicker killing and is an all round solid suit the best part is I have exactly 700eHP :) I like nice round numbers
Weakness is range obviously but I have my pro amarr laser for ranged maps, the min ass is for close to mid range assaults
What role does yours fit? What advantages does it have to support you in that role? That's what you should ask yourself when making a fit..
I'm not going to say your fitting is wrong as everyone has different styles but just think about what you want from a suit and combine equipment and modules that support each other

Ive been running Min Ass for like 3 years and this is my fave: 2 reg, 1 fero 1 reactive or 2 reactive, 3 shield extender, 1 shield energizer (the one that doesnt take away shield). you should get 480 shield and like 387 armor if i remember correctly
