It would encourage people to use BPOs and learn how to play properly rather than always trying for that perfect fit. Since going back to BPOs my playing has improved significantly. Scouts and heavies play very differently from Assaults and Logis. Better to learn the differences with BPOs. So yes, I think this is a great idea.

It's probably the basis for the prevalence of shotty, jumpy assaults.
