I only have ADV min assault but you can just up the gear to proto level. Another thing, if your asking how rich people are & can i have ISK, its not the best idea to run proto at this time. Run high end ADV or basic (Adv suit with some proto mods, basic suit with ADV mods) to save ISK.

Its nice but I don't have a toxin SMG but I'll rate this 8/10 good in close combat range and good for anti heavy and good for support in enemy cover

THIS is what I've been using for months and it's great.
The shield stats are not updated tho. You could switch this shield reg for a damp or decrease shield ext levels to put a kincat! It's up to you ;)
