There's your free isk. Go earn it. Find a legit trade channel. Buy some bpo. Run them 24/7. Cough up a twenty and buy jara and some boosters. Sell everything. Repeat until rich enough. You can still wreck and do almost just as good as if you were running proto. Take this from a guy who spammed officer and proto till he went broke. I'm sitting on 101m isk now (202 for an event). In pubs, I only run basic and every now and then I'll pull out advanced. I have not yet pulled out officer or proto for about 7 weeks now.
