So, I recently played a match, 17/1, most kills in the match, but in like 7th place. I recieved like 250k isk and like 7k sp. crappy, I thought considering I've gotten similar results, but with 350k and 9k.

Idk why, but it came to me that there should be some reward extra from normal isk/sp to reward team contribution.

So here's what I thought-

For each "title" won, you get 100k isk and 3k sp more.

Most kills- "slayer"
Most wp- "team leader"
Most objective kills- "guardian"
Most assists- "apprentice"
Most revives- "nanite God"
Most spawns- "spawn God"
Most armor repped "rep God"
Most ammo replenished "ammo God"
Most enemies scanned "scanner God"
Most objectives hacked- "ohacker"
Most installations hacked- "ihacker"

A new window would be implemented similar To that of salvage, but instead, showing your titles won during the match.

Why in the world would we need this?

1. It will give new players a reason to try many things
2. It will encourage players to actually support the team instead of just leaving
3. It will reward players based upon their preferred roles so that not one role excels another
4. It will accelerate new player skill and knowledge
5. It will financially help new players
