To prevent grenades from being spammed a lot and to be used for tactical use I say once you start cooking a grenade you can't switch back to your weopon that would solve the grenade spam

To Spam is to use the same thing over and over. Not switch back to a weapon. If someone is intent on throwing multiple grenades and spam them....they're not going to care that they can switch a weapon mid cook. I don't see how this would modify the spamming behavior

This would in no way affect spamming.
The better option would be to make Grenades only resuppliable at supply depots, much like remote explosives.

Or maybe, just have Locus grenade and flux grenade take longer to spawn, like in the Battlefield series.....

You have mixed two different powerful features/issues of grenades.
the spamming
the canceling of the primed (cooked) nade

I know what your talking about, but it's not a grenade spam its more of a exploit on the grenades cook timer, as not everyone can do this, as I've tried many times but unsuccessfully been able to put the nade back! I would have to say this is an issue that needs fixed you, its turning fused grenades into contact grenades with out the cost!
