CCP sends him in here with nothing good to tell and a lot of info that he can't share, it's setting him up to take a fall from the public. I've talked to devs, the GM, and CPM guys... There is a TON of things they can't talk about or comment on. If someone were to come up and say, "Will there be a 1.3 and is the game dying? Can you fix the lag? Can do you this or that to help the game" and the only response is "I can't say"... It's frustrating. People do spend a lot of money on this game, I know it's free to play, but it's also designed to entice you to pay money. So some people feel like they deserve answers at least and CCP is hiding them. I can't see any reason for them to hide the info they are sitting on, keep the community up to date with everything you're doing and they will be more involved. They'll feel a little more secure about spending a dollar or two on your game. But they don't, it makes them look shady, and they send poor Ratti and Archduke to try to and calm the crowd from rioting ._.
