I want to be able to hold R2, press R3, and choose:
- Attack!
- Capture objective X!
- Defend objective X!
- Attack [Dust Player]!
- Defend [Dust Player]!
- Requesting assistance! (or - Help!)
- [Dust Player] Follow me!
WITHOUT being in a squad.
What I'm saying is, choose a corner on the HUD to place ACTIVE TEAM CHAT. A place where all the chat in the team chat panel can be seen, Including the above mentioned commands.
You will have to make a 5 second delay before the message can be sent from the same player again, to prevent spam.
With this in the game, (for example) people will be able to actually play as a team and attack the enemy all at once instead of getting killed one by one. This would promote team play for people who don't want to squad up, or don't have time to.
CCP, or anyone from CPM, PLEASE notice this and implement it into the game, it would make this game so much better, you will see.

No, I'm sick of this.
If you want team based gameplay, learn to play in a God damn squad.
Almost all of these things are available to you if you just make a squad. It isn't bloody hard.

I'd like the option to mark a targets for my squad or call for ammo without using a mic, because there are times when I play but can't use my mic, such as being on at 3am.
