When you create a new charector is loyalty rank shifted?
Cuz mine isn't.

If you created a new character in one of your available slots on a current account then chances are your loyalty rank will be the same as your main.
Aurum purchases drastically outweigh any other activity in game in terms of loyalty rankage. |

I've heard more people claim this guy scammed them them i can count, and my only question is how does he continue to do it? I really am skeptical at this point when i hear, Terrorist just scammed me, because at this point if you have the isk to give him for a BPO Dropsuit, you should also have the basic knowledge to know hes a scammer by now, and the fault lies with you.

I mean come on. Use some common sense. Someone who names themselves the number one terrorist probably has some issues.
Have some common sense folk. Look into folk before you trade with them.

When you search for someone in Dust you can see their PSN name. If everyone knows OP's PSN name they can easily identify him as a scrubby scammer douchenozzle. OP is wanting to make a new PSN account that is not known by the community yet.
Unfortunately for him, looks like he might have to purchase a little AUR to get his alt account's loyalty rank up to 2.
