Now I know that there is no explicit mention of dust514, but I know there has been a lot of talk on the forums about dust514 fighting for the citadels in the upcoming patch of 2016, as a way for dust to be more immersive and the possibility of bringing dust mercs into space (mere speculation but very plausible). For those of us beta veterans, It was well known that the beta was also called Mordu's trials (involving the NPC corp Mordu's Legion). Of course the name dropped a couple years prior about "Project: Legion" being the next step for Dust514.(again this preludes Mordu's legion being heavily involved in Dust514) Sooo, I don't know if you all have been looking at CCP's main website at all...but they have been doing an extensive overhaul for the past 6 months at least. Recently, Dust has been added to the main front page (nice picture of the battle for Caldari Prime btw) and not on the side pages of products. More than that, I find it VERY interesting that the newest update "sets the stage" of Eve Online's upcoming Citadel expansion with "Operation: Frostline", which is about the token NPC corporation known as Serpentis as the enemy of some new consortium and how Pilots are being called upon by the hired mercs of this new consortium to wipe them out. Out of all the NPS corporations that could be called upon to do this job,(concord being the most obvious choice) CCP has decided that, and you guessed it, Mordu's Legion is the one on the front line and killing Serpentis. It Just tickled me that the very corporation that is considered the father of Dust mercenaries is the one most actively involved in the update before the Citadel launch....thoughts?

You do realize that all their games are on the front main page, right? Every CCP website was overhauled like this, except for dust's website.

So, I think this might hint on something, but I wouldn't get my hopes up too much. Even if they are actually working on something, it might take a while to have something barely playable, even a pre-alpha. But you never know....

My interests have not been piqued... But I do find myself wanting to climb up a mountain to its peak, for some reason.
Speaking of peaks... I do find it rather disappointing that much of EVE's lore is not represented at all in DUST in a meaningful gameplay capacity, and it's cool that K2 is arguably the most dangerous mountain in the world.
