Hi Everyone...
Can you help?...
1. How do you fit these suits?...
2. What skill tree requirements are absolutely needed in order to fully utilize this suit?...
I have more than 300 of these, but haven't even tried to use them yet, because I clearly can not fit them correctly...
The PG/CPU seems so low. I fear I need SG and AR optimization maxed before I could even begin to use them. Is this indeed the case, or am i missing something...

One high slot, two light weapons and a grenade, not much to fit.
Just slap on a complex shield extender.

It got changed a whole ago.
It has 2 high slots, 4 low slots, and 2 equipment slots, with a second sidearm slot.
It comes with the shotgun as the main, the black eagle ar as side arm, modified to be used as a sidearm, and a second sidearm that I use for an ion pistol.
I got mine mostly with basic gear as it has crappy fitting space.
I got mine with 3 basic reactives, 1 krins, and a pg/CPU, and cloak.

Black eagle is THE most junk suit in the whole game. I remember how people use to talk about how these were 1337 and how hard they were to get.
I have spc'd into gal scout and they are still totally useless...To me anyway.
I dont have max cpu/pg. However if you compare them to G/1 they are WELL below par, but if you compaire them to G/I they are still below par for pr/cpu. A G/1 SUIT HAS LESS PG/CPU THAN A G/I W.T.F
Maybe if you have max'd core etc they may be viable but by the time I have that this game will be over. If they were actually a G/1 suit I'd assume they would actually be pretty good. I have 59 sitting there waiting for they day they realise they are broken and fix them.
I would recommend G/I or G/1 instead 07 |

Well, as you know, the Black Eagle Scout has extremely limited resources and after the limited tiercide update it got some room for improvement... but despite its innate stats it's still a suit that requires a mmarginal amount of investmment to use, and even more to make a decent fit. So long as you have the SP into it and you couple it with a few pg and cpu mods you can abe a little creative with it.
As for me, I basically have the entire dropsuit upgrades skill tree maxed out along my gk.0 scout, pro ar and and only 2 points in shotgun optimization and I like to use this fit:
Black Eagle Scout G/1 Series:
1 Basic Shield Extender
2 Basic Reactive Plates
1 Enhanced Profile Dampener
1 Enhanced Cardiac Regulator
The default weapons on the suit and no equipment
You can also use a pro damp and basic cardio instead, but yeah the suit is nice. Decent rep and tank, good stamina recovery and enough sprint speed and damps to be alright. Just stay away from open areas because no cloak and pray that nobody uses a focused scanner... if you get scanned then either get a different fit with more damps or really just use a different suit. o7

I think I fit mine up with all basic stuff, a CPU extender, PG upgrade, Damp, ferro plate, and maybe a shield extender or something.
All my Dropsuit upgrades are max'd out too so, you may not be able to fit it the same if ya don't .3.
