We are getting almost every week message about 'no news about new content' from HIGH-ground. That is pretty often and we know that the developers are here.
You can try check often trello, forums and also eve-online forum and tweets from devs.
Not much time left...

I would love to say there spending there time fixing the current problems but I don't think that's the case, however we may have only had 2 update but there's been alot of changes this year

Just 2 words.. Tranquility III... Until the migration is finish, any fix will be useless. We have to wait maybe the first weeks of January, meanwhile Play Destiny or another game you have.

I doubt that, there where no new skins introduced in a long time... (where is the rest of the sebiestor and quafe skins...?).
If they can't even put stuff like that in to keep the market in motion...

this sorta annoys me.. a lot...
An anime once told me 'I would rather have one friend I care about 100x as much than 100 friends'
I would rather 1 update a year with little bugs and heaps of work and dedication put into it than 12 updates (one a month if you don't know) which would bring bugs, glitches, unbalanced things ect. cause they had to rush out at the end of the month.
why don't you just let them do there thing, and just chill play the game, not push CCP to do stuff thats unnecessary, keep on playing saving that sp for whatever new thing will be coming and just have fun. honestly, at least they aren't releasing DLC's for $20 each every 3months. and why directed at Rattata (i know, thats a pokemon lel) he has a life and family too you know ;-; just let him be
