I was on the youtube app and a psn tag popped up showing someone went offline but... it was someone that wasn't in my friend's list... I saw their tag, "Killer_gone_psycho". Why did it pop up? They didn't have an avatar or anything. Is it a bug? Please say yes... I don't want it to be the other possibility... What do I do? How can I block them? Why am I scared of something like this...

They're a little more stringent than CCP is, or Coochmaster Flex would be renamed "Caldari Citizen 123132432"

PSN tags are shown when somebody sends a friend request on PS3 now maybe?
The person may have went to players met and requested you by accident then deleted the request real fast.

There is something weird with PSN lately. I have a dust player in my PSN friends that I never added and when I asked him he said he didn't remember adding me either was weird |

None of their names are offensive... I even checked my friends list but no one I had their was shown to be logged off, the closest was logged off for 2 days but you can see that means it wasn't them.
Friends met? I haven't played any games that allow that in a year...
