Also if you can program the HDMI port that your ps4 is using and shut down or set all the options to the lowest possible settings. Vizio is the most "game friendly" brand.

It might be a problem with your TV's refresh rate and some TVs have goofy techniques like Pixel Plus/Smooth Motion which can generally be turned off and may help with your issues (check your manual).

My old LG TV had 300MS+... was singstar that told me. Too ******* slow even for karaoke :O I don't even play on a TV though. HDMI Monitor... 1MS.

Something about the cheap chinese type brands make them refresh better in my experience. I feel like this is because they do not have the built in upscaling to try to say they have the best picture to justify their prices. @ op Try a high quality HDMI cable. The difference between a $6 cable and a $20 cable can be night and day in terms of refresh rates. This seems to be partly due to the TV communicating back to the PS3 for HDCP purposes but there is no way I can say that conclusively. I just know that over all I see slightly better rates with HDCP being stripped by a physical device such as certain capture cards or very specific HDMI splitters. If your TV has YPbPr connections try a high quality SCART cable. This will yield the best results but be warned Dust seems to have only been play tested on HDMI with super white turned on so while this will deliver the best refresh rates you are literally going to be blind inside on some maps because the shadows just combine with the suits for a solid black mass.
